Hoy, el gobernador Cooper solicitó que el presidente Trump emitiera una declaración de desastre mayor con el fin de proveer asistencia pública para los siguientes condados de Carolina del Norte, que fueron afectados por el huracán Dorian: Brunswick, Carteret, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Hyde, New Hanover, Pamlico, Pender, Sampson , Tyrrell y Washington.
